Aarambha Chautari Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is a national-level financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank under the “D” category. Currently, it operates microfinance programs through 135 branch offices in 53 districts across all seven provinces of Nepal. Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from a recognized educational institution.
• CA/ACCA/CPA/Semi-Qualified CA.
• 10 years of work experience in a bank or financial institution.

Age limit: 

• For managerial positions, applicants must be at least 21 years old and not exceed 50 years.
• For officer-level positions, applicants must be at least 21 years old and not exceed 40 years.
• For assistant-level positions, applicants must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 35 years.
• For women, the age limit is extended by 5 years.
