Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Commercial (Factory and Mines)
Job Location: Mirchaiya
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in senior management roles within the cement or mining industry, demonstrating a strong track record of effectively managing operational and administrative functions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to streamline processes and address HR and administrative issues.
- Exercise rigorous control over operational costs to optimize resource allocation and profitability.
- Oversee all aspects of limestone mining operations, focusing on cost management and efficiency.
- Strategically manage transportation from mines to factory, optimizing logistics and minimizing disruptions.
- Collaborate with Logistics Department to streamline processes and mitigate bottlenecks.
- Foster trust and collaboration through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Ensure fair treatment and a positive work culture for employees while shaping the company’s public image.
Other requirements:
- Thorough understanding of mining operations, encompassing cost management, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
