Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduates with degrees in travel, tourism, leisure are especially encouraged to apply
- Minimum of one year experience in the hospitality, tourism and travel sector (Essential)
- Minimum of one year supervisory or team leader experience with basic knowledge of HR, Finance and Resource management
- Experience in farming/ agriculture work is an advantage
- Experience in food and catering is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in Nepali and English (written and spoken)
- Able to confidently communicate to a wide variety of international and national customers
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent financial recording skills i.e writing guest invoices and managing a budget.
