Qualifications | Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, strong leadership, interpersonal skills for trust-building and effective collaboration, and critical skills in communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS System
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and recommend changes to improve organizational structure

- Plan workforce needs based on forecasts and business objectives
- Develop succession plans for key roles to ensure leadership continuity

- Stay current with labor laws and ensure HR compliance
- Monitor key HR metrics and report on HR actives
- Address employee concerns and manage grievances
