Job Description:

Overseeing all human resource functions within the hotel, including recruitment, training, employee relations, compensation, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Ensure that the hotel maintains a positive working environment and that all staff are motivated, well-trained, and aligned with the hotel’s service standards;

Job Specification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of Hospitality industry is mandatory.
