Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the hospitality facility, including front office, food and beverage services, and housekeeping.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and overseeing the quality of service.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve operational excellence and maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control to ensure profitability and adherence to financial targets.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards for all areas of operation, including cleanliness, service, and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring repeat business and positive reviews.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, conferences, and special functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospitality management software.
- Knowledge of local and international hospitality standards and practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
