Job Description:
General / Subject Matter Expert
- Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives and design a framework for these to be met without stick into specific tasks only as JD
- Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
- Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken for betterment of Business Growth
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, AR, AP, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
- Coordinate and preparate of regulatory reporting and Approvals Complete it in Timely manner - IRD, NRB, DOI, Dept of Customs, Bank, as Required
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
- Research technical accounting issues for compliance
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
- Manage accounts receivable and payable and Cashflow Management
- Review and process reimbursements
- Keep records of invoices and tax payments
- Manage company’s liabilities
- Identify and address account discrepancies.
- Participate in payroll processes.
- Report on financial projections (e.g., liquidity and cash flow)
- Travel Coordination and Money Transfer Facilitation.
Compliance
- Salaries corporate / BPO and Incentive / Piece Rate
- Yearly Renewals & Monitoring and Coordination - (Contracts and Agreements)
- Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program without Business Interruption
- Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
- Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
- Regularly audit company procedures, practices and documents to identify possible weakness or risks without business interruption
- Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.
- Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
- Resolve employee concerns about legal compliance collaborating with management.
Analytical / Presenting
- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
- Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
- Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Explaining and present weekly, Monthly, Yearly reports to Decision Makers to help them understand company performance
- Sharing learnings from a statistical analysis with other team members for betterment of the organization.
