Job Description:
- Sourcing and screening candidates to fill open positions within given deadlines
- Developing strategies and plans for talent acquisition
- Attending job fairs at colleges and universities
- Managing posts on job boards, such as LinkedIn, Indeed etc.
- Planning and organizing career fairs and related events
- Establishes and maintains contact with external recruitment sources.
- Promoting the company’s brand
- Courting top candidates
- Checking applicants’ references
- Interviewing candidates
- Making final hiring decisions and designing competitive offer packages
- Developing programs to reward and retain top talent
- Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
- Assist HR personnel in other HR departmental task.
- Assist all unit of Siddhartha Group of Hospitality in Recruitment & Selection and fulfill the vacancy in given deadline.
- Other duties assigned by Corporate HR Manager.
Job Specification:
- Prior experience as a talent acquisition manager, or similar experience in an HR role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of human resources laws.
- Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of various interviewing methods.
