Qualification/Skills: Master Degree in Business Administration – HR Specialization, with minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management. Must have proficiency in HRIS and MS office suite, excellence in data analysis, visualization and interpersonal skills Having prior experience in Brewery Industry/FMCG will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively carry out the business HR operations, employee lifecycle management of assigned business unites aligning with business requirements
- Perform job analysis in order to develop role specific JD-KRA-KPIs of all new joiners
- Carry out an audit of KRA-KPIs and job role changes in coordination with HOD’s and ensure to updated and proper upkeep
- Carry out periodic performance evaluation of sales team based on set KPIs in coordination with HOD and establish effective performance counseling mechanism
- Monitor and assess performance of support functions
- Conceptualize and execute trainings and employee engagement plan in coordination with corporate L&D and EE
- Provide strategic HR support to stakeholders
- Coordinate with factory unit for facilitating effective HR operations of assigned business units
