Professional Pre-requisites:
- 2 years of experience in similar position in hospitality industry
- Excellent documentation skills to strengthen institutional knowledge
- Prior Experience in customer service will be preferred.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, with a strong understanding of customer needs and behavior.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in market research, social media management, and content creation.
- Experience in designing and managing loyalty programs is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferences:
