Job Description:

• Assist in managing all production, quality and production planning.
• Manage relationship with factory management and Execute defined directives.
• Manage junior team members and contribute considerably to the achievement of team objectives.
• Supervise junior production staffs ensuring that quality is the paramount priority and focus.
• Make day to day decisions within defined scope (with support on complex issues).
• Assist in identifying problems and provide solutions to complex production issues, with minimal input and feedback.
• Train and monitor new staff members.
• Review production report and maintain accurate records. 
• Maintain inventory level of materials in production.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production.
• Monitor machines and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
