Job Description:

  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Formulate and execute innovative strategies to drive B2B sales growth, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Identify and Target Potential Clients: Conduct market research to identify potential business clients and partnerships, leveraging industry knowledge to target high-value prospects.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers to secure long-term business opportunities.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Qualification: MBA/BBA
  • Proven 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
