Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Supervisor in overseeing the travel team and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Help guide team members to make sure they are providing excellent customer service.
- Help clients with booking travel services.
- Answer any questions from clients and resolve simple issues.
- Track progress on travel bookings and make sure everything is running smoothly.
- Assist with resolving any customer complaints or travel issues quickly and professionally.
- Help find solutions to challenges that may arise during the planning or travel process.
- Identify opportunities to expand services for existing clients, such as recommending new travel packages or tours.
- Help with marketing and promoting Skyline’s travel services to potential clients.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Clear and professional communication skills, both with clients and team members.
- Friendly, approachable attitude with a focus on helping clients.
- Basic understanding of travel services is a plus.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and stay calm under pressure.
