Job Specification:

• Minimum 1.5 years of proven experience in outbound sales, specifically within website campaigns, preferably in a US and/or UK-based company.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and clients.
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
