Other Specification:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management/Economics from recognized university.
• At least one-year experience in any NRB licensed BFIs in credit/ operation/ branch management.
• Must have excellent communication skill (Nepali and English).
• Ability to seek continuous improvements and recommend solutions.

Age limit: Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35 years for assistant level.

• Credit Marketing: Analyze potential loan market to increase the scope of branch and clientele base and also maintain the relationship with the customers to secure future transaction with them.
• Identifying Potential Customers: Market the products of the organization for increasing the loan customers of the organization for maximizing the profit of the organization.
• Proposal Writing and Report Preparation: Prepare credit appraisal report by obtaining and finding the real and genuine information of the customers about the credit history of the client.
• Deposit Marketing: Analyze potential deposit market to increase the scope of branch and clientele base and also maintain the relationship with the customers to secure future transaction with them.
• Customer Service: Assist customers with their banking needs, including opening accounts, deposits, withdrawals, and loan inquiries. Respond to customer queries and provide information on banking products and services.
