Roles and Responsibilities:
- Database Admin – Administrator All the admin part Managing all the administrator (access control, database setup and maintenance)
- Database Engineer – All the Reporting and daily ticketing issues Solving the related queries of marketing, operations and ticket assigned.
- Implement a standard process of delivery with accuracy and completeness of features- Creating scripts and plans for any updates or changes in Fonepay databases.
- Manage day to day operation related to Fonepay Database.
Qualifications and Required Experience:
- Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, IM, or any related software or computer studies.
- 3 years of Prior Experience.
Required Technical Skills:
- Knowledge about the RDBMS itself, e.g. Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle.
- General understanding of routine maintenance, recovery, and handling failover of a database
- General understanding of operating system, e.g. Windows or Linux. General understanding of storage technologies and networking.
- Knowledge of structured query language (SQL).
- General understanding of distributed computing architectures, e.g. Client-server model.
Required Behavioral Skills:
- Good communications skills.
- Flexibility in working hours.
- Should have strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
