Job Description:
- Conduct daily market visits, including dealers, sub-dealers, and point-of-sales (POs), to ensure effective relationship management and business growth.
- Manage the sales process, including order collection, invoicing, delivery coordination, and customer follow-ups.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and analyze performance data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) set for sales growth, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement strategies to increase market share and improve distribution efficiency.
- Address and resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards in all sales activities.
