Specific Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Working closely with experienced engagement managers and senior, you will be involved in a variety of engagements from initial planning through to the execution and completion phases of our audits, accounts and corporation tax.
- Assisting in the drafting to key audit deliverables (significant matters, internal control recommendations, etc.).
- Responsible for conducting technical research; consultations and research on new updates, where necessary; and for drafting the documentation of significant matters related to your assigned areas.
- Designing appropriate audit procedures and tailoring audit steps as necessary.
Capabilities/Skills Required:
- Preferred experience in UK Outsourcing /or UK experience in Accounts and Bookkeeping.
- Preparation of Accounts of UK companies
- Corporation tax returns of UK companies
- Audit based on UK companies (Paperless Audit)
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
- Involve in Audit work of statutory and large and medium sized group companies based in the UK
- Preferably qualified ICAN/ICAI/ ACCA),any accounting background or any other accounts and audit trainee who is willing to enter 3 years training contract.
