Job Description:

• Welcome and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and taking orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, beers, wines, and spirits, in accordance with company recipes and standards.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service practices and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed to minimize shortages and waste.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service.
• Contribute to the overall ambiance of the establishment by creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.

Job Specification:

• Bartender with a good experience working in a busy bar 
• Inventory management and reporting
• Good spoken skills to engage with customers
• Barista knowledge
• Must work in fast pace environment
• Good cocktail knowledge 
• Prefered flairing skills ( not compulsory).
