• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and MEP detailing tools.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering accurate and high-quality work.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Proficiency in Navisworks and other clash detection software.
• Familiarity with international and country specific BIM modeling standards.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) are a plus.
• Experience using BIM 360 for collaboration.
• Practical experience and comfortability building families within Revit.
