Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
  • Enter financial data into Tally 
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments and reconcile the funds.
  • Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for financial documents.

 

Qualifications:

  • 1 year experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Tally accounting software.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

 

Working Hours:

  • Part-time position, visiting the office once a week.
  • Flexible hours can be discussed to suit both the candidate and the company's needs.
