• Manage FTTH Network of assigned Branch.
• Ensure tasks related with Installations, Support & Network Expansions are completed within Provided ETR.
• Issue, Record and Manage Inventory of Assigned Branch.
• Mobilize, Motivate and Manage Team for completing all tasks.
• Maintain required team by Hiring, Training and Motivating.
• Track and Control movement of assigned Vehicles.

Job Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Fiber Optic/FTTH in Internet Service industry or related fields.
• Proven experience in project management, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Fiber Optic/FTTH networks.
• Experience in managing teams, training and developing employees.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines on time.
• Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of GPON Technology, Network Monitoring, and cable management.
• Understanding of the latest technology trends in telecommunications.
• Ability to speak Nepali and English fluently is required.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of the team.
