Position: Branch Manager (Jr. Officer/Officer/Sr. Officer)

This is a junior executive level management position. The position holds overall responsibility of a branch.

Criteria:

• Age: Not exceeding 45 years as of 10st Falgun 2079
• Qualification– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline but preferable in Finance/Management/Accountancy from a recognized University.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience in one position below the post applied of working in any NRB licensed A, B or C Class Financial Intuitions.
• Candidates applying for the position must have sound knowledge of credit & operation, proven marketing skills for business growth, budget planning, analytical and interpersonal skills and strong supervisory and leadership skills required to independently manage the branch.
