Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Branch Operations Specialist located for Branch Offices all across Nepal. The Branch Operations Specialist will be responsible for:

• Managing branch banking operations. 
• Overseeing operations management, providing excellent customer service.
• Maintaining business relationships.
• Develop and implement plans to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Set operational goals to meet or exceed performance expectations.
• Provide guidance to staff in resolving operational issues and problems.
• Prepare operational reports, and develop and recommend procedures to be used to manage and coordinate various activities.
• Gather information and generate data on standard performance measures, maintaining contract files and reports, documenting policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Experience of Minimum 2 years in the field of Stock, Inventory Management along with Operational skills is a must.
• Must have two wheeler with valid driving Licence and own Laptop.
