Qualifications/Skills:
Master’s degree (MBA) in marketing with minimum 5-7 years of experience in FMCG sector as Brand Manager, able to travel to market across country as per need, must have ability to conduct business analytics, interact with agencies and vendors, execute strategies for ATL, BTL and Digital Marketing, and have knowledge of mainstream media, social media in terms of reach, costs etc.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams and all levels of management, provides support to the sales personal with regard to marketing initiatives.
- Analyze brand performance and competitive environment to identify problems, opportunities and trends.
- Participate in and lead aspects of the development of brand strategy to achieve long-term and short-term business goals, including strategic planning.
- Create annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans as per the product categories as well as maintain reports on annual, quarterly and monthly expenses, activities, and prepare presentations.
