Job Description:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive event plans, including concept development, budget management, venue selection, vendor management, and logistics coordination, to deliver impactful and memorable experiences.
- Oversee the production of marketing collateral, including signage, promotional materials, and branded merchandise, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Prepare business proposals and report writings to communicate marketing strategies, objectives, and results to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and HR, to ensure alignment and integration of brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that events align with brand objectives and messaging, and support the integration of brand initiatives across departments.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of events, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement, implementing learnings for future events.
- Support the execution of digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and website content, to drive brand engagement and awareness.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital and print collateral, website content, social media campaigns, and advertising, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders to inform future strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in brand, marketing, event management, or related roles.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Familiarity with digital analytics tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for proposal writing, presentations, and collaboration, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional brand experiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva.
