Job Description of Beauty Advisor:

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and approachable manner
• Understand customers' beauty preferences based on their skin type, tone and recommend products
• Stay informed about the features and benefits of various beauty products.
• Keep up with industry trends and new product launches.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase application techniques
• Inform customers on current prices and offers
• Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling beauty products
• Ensure product displays are attractive, presentable, well-organized, and effectively communicate product features.
• Keep track of inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to sales and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or retail.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, skincare, hair care and makeup application techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on industry trends.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Bachelors running or completed. Additional certifications in beauty or skincare are a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move boxes up to a certain weight.
