• Familiar with applicable engineering related software and proficient in applicable English.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with stakeholders, clients, and team members to gather project requirements
• Conduct research and analysis to develop innovative design solutions for bridges and roads
• Use AutoCAD and other design software to create detailed construction plans
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
• Coordinate with other engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure successful project execution
• Analyze data and test results to make necessary design modifications
• Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans
• Budget management and cost control for project execution
• Lead and mentor junior engineers on design concepts and project management strategies.
