Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Information Technology or similar field (preferably bachelors in Information Technology)
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in relevant field.

Job Description:

• Assist in the development of products by working closely with Business and Engineering teams
• Convert business requirements into detailed technical documents, including diagrams, process flows, and use cases
• Review and refine requirement drafts from the business development team to ensure they are ready for implementation
• Act as a point of contact for business and technology teams to facilitate communication and coordination on projects
• Support the delivery of products by verifying the requirements which match the final output and completing necessary checks before release
• Participate in training sessions related to project management, requirement analysis, and other relevant areas for continuous growth.

Required Skills:

• Strong interest in product development, business analysis, and project management
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with teams.
