REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Master’s Degree (in the field of Business or Management) Or Bachelor's degree (in the same fields) with a minimum 3 years of work experience
• Collaborative with strong communication and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks to meet time-sensitive deadlines
• Basic knowledge of business, economics, finance, and research with a good command of English as well as Nepali (written and verbal)
• Self-motivated with the ability to collaborate with other departments and work under limited guidance.

PREFERENCE:

• Highest preference for candidates with previous experience in the WASH sector
• Knowledge of a variety of industries
• Skills generated through prior experience in market research and analysis
• Experience of working with local government agencies and development agencies
• Prior experience of private-sector development activities
• Prior experience in project management and stakeholder coordination.
