Job Description:
- Identify and target potential clients for business requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and present comprehensive system/services to clients.
- Define and Implement growth plans with channel partners including continuous development and support of the managed resellers.
- Day to day operational activities to make sure legally compliant, responsive to clients, operational efficiency, smooth office operation and team motivation.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, training session to the clients and customers as per requirements
- Keep track of sales data and prepare sales and business development reports.
Other Specification:
- Driving License with own vehicle (Bike/Scooter/Car - any)
- Ready to make market visit
- Proven successful sales experience in a service industry for 1-2 years
- Proficiency in CRM
- Good technical knowledge and familiarity with operations management principles and adequate exposure to the use of computer applications
- Focused and goal-oriented.
- Eager to learn and can-do, will-do attitude
- Active listening and the capacity to resolve conflicts diplomatically
- Dynamic personality with great communication skills to address client needs proactively
- Willing to provide off-hours support if required.
- Basic Understanding of IT industry related to Servers, IP addresses, Hardware and networking devices etc.
