• Sales Pipeline Development: Building and managing sales pipelines through market outreach, cold calls, emails, and newsletters.
• Project Proposal Preparation: Crafting comprehensive project proposals by collaborating with project managers and consultants, ensuring alignment with client needs.
• Bidding Process Support: Assisting in the bidding and tender process by creating high-quality bid documents that enhance Agile's products and solutions.
• Sales Document Development and Brand Adherence: Assisting in developing high level sales proposals, quotations, and agreements that clearly communicate the project's full scope. Ensuring all documents align with the company’s branding guidelines.
• CRM and Data Management: Ensuring the CRM system is up to date with accurate information on contacts, accounts, leads, and opportunities.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborating seamlessly with team members, offering support, volunteering for tasks, and actively contributing to a professional and efficient team environment.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and technologies, fostering a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
