Essential Duties (But not limited to):
- Achieving given targets
- Conduct market research to identify new business potentials.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to network and generate leads and build networks.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Set up meetings with potential clients for site visits, product demos and presentations.
- Negotiate, close deals and Contract signing with clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful client onboarding.
- Developing quotation and proposals for clients.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to clients.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Management graduate with 7-10 years of full-fledged business development role.
- Experience in developing and implementing successful business development strategies
- Strong understanding of the brick / construction industry and market trends.
- Prior working experience with Brick / Construction industry is preferable
- Candidate having construction industry clientele base would be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, convincing, persuasion, negotiation skills are desirable.
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours, should possess own two wheelers.
