Qualifications:

Job Description:

  • Identify Business Opportunities: Research and identify new business opportunities in the real estate and construction markets, including new developments, projects, clients, and partnerships.
  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute strategic plans to achieve sales and business development targets. Focus on market penetration and expansion.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, developers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about market conditions, competitors, and industry trends. Identify and analyze potential projects and investment opportunities.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present business proposals, bids, and contracts. Ensure proposals meet client requirements and are competitive within the market.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals to secure new business and projects. Ensure all contracts and agreements are in line with company policies and regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, project management, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, market trends, and progress towards targets for senior management.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company and develop new business contacts.
