- Bachelor's completed in management or any other relevant field or MBA/MBS running or any other relevant field..
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in the relevant field for Business Development Manager. Candidates should possess a fair amount of knowledge regarding HRMS and Payroll Software. Prior experience of working at Software companies like Nimble, Rigo, Neo Delta, Real HR etc will be a plus point.
