We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Officer(BDO) to join our growing team. In this role you will actively seek new business opportunities, engage and build relationships with potential customers. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every potential customer to boost top-line revenue growth, increase employee retention levels, and profitability. Primary responsibilities: -Contact and nurture prospects potential prospects through cold calls, emails, social media, and other outreach -Collaborate with team and research on the potential market to prioritize outbound target account plans within a given targeted markets -Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market -Perform demos, meetings, web calls, or conferences to explain our product and service offerings to prospects. -Achieve monthly quotas of qualified meetings at a defined stage -Develop strategies and a repeatable process to identify top target prospects and contacts by leveraging prospecting towards the potential client -Manage all activities in the Sales process to ensure accurate reporting and communications Candidate characteristics: -Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role -Strong organizational skills and passion for tech, digital strategy, and the start-up culture -Self-starter who thinks outside of the box who is also persistent and creative -Dynamic person with the approach of multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach -Track record of achieving sales goals Able to make business proposals, negotiations, and client conversion Academic Qualification: MBA (Sales and Marketing Prefered) or Master degree in Computer Science Experience: 1 Year Plus experience Salary: (40-60)K ( No bars for Expertise)
