- Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Create and deliver presentations to key stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and trends.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, including pipeline, forecasts, and revenue projections.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales.
- At least 1 year of Experience in Logistics or transportation industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
- Strong understanding of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and import/export requirements.
