Essential Duties (But not limited to):
- Conduct market research to generate lead of potential clients/customers.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Arrange and schedule meetings with potential clients and visit to nearby factories.
- Achieve company-wide targeted sales objectives and sales targets in line with the company goals
- Provide information to potential clients through direct communication in face-to-face meetings, telephone calls and emails.
- Represent the company in various events and exhibitions.
- Follow up with clients for agreements and other company registration documents.
- Aggressively building networks with influential professionals.
- Assist company manufacturer in the sales of bricks and preparation of progress reports to the Supervisor
- Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Management graduate from a recognized university.
- Min. 3-5 years of full-fledged business development role.
- Prior working experience with Brick / Construction industry is preferable
- Candidate having construction industry clientele base would be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, presentation, convincing and persuasion skills are desirable.
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours, should possess own two wheelers.
