Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities by researching market trends, analyzing customer needs, and staying informed about industry developments.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our client base and increase revenue streams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders through networking, presentations, and outreach activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop customized solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring that contracts are mutually beneficial and align with company goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in energy sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
