- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the field of 3PL services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand the company's reach and revenue streams.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including in-house and external customers.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive intelligence, adjusting business strategies accordingly.
- Develop and prepare business proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals effectively.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, tracking progress towards targets.
- Work closely with operations, finance, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with external partners and service providers as needed.
- Stay updated with industry developments, best practices, and innovative solutions.
- Continuously seek ways to improve business development processes and strategies.
