Job Description
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the interior design and architecture industry.
- Identify, target, and secure new clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and bids for potential projects.
- Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Promote NextGen Interiors and Architects at industry events, trade shows, and through various marketing channels.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
