Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and retain the existing one.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with End User/Consultants/Turnkey Contractors.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Be an active member of the sales team, collaborating with other team members as required, to design the solution.
- Provide accurate planning and forecasting of sales performance.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and multiple projects.
- Networking with Industry Organizations and relevant Communities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Preferable Master’s degree in Business Administration
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of Structure Cabling, Data Center, UPS, CCTV, Networking, Access Control & Fire Suppression.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Responsible for the effective management of the sales process from identifying, qualifying opportunities to successfully closing the sale.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ensure successful handover of job to project team.
