- Present, promote and sell products/ services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost – benefit and needs analysis of existing/ potential customer to meet their needs.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Designing training programs and workshops for service providers.
- Sales forecasting, planning, policy making, strategy formulation and development.
- Market research and market trend for on – demand service application.
- Monitoring business growth and service review from customers.
- Weekly reporting to Manager/ HOD.
- Problems solving in every state of business model (On – demand application business model).
- Business planning like provider commission, marketing planning and customer reach.
- Maintaining good relationships with the clients and make sure the service is delivered in proper manner.
- Competitor analysis and help other team as well to achieve collective growth.
- Look after 360 work model from creating a client to their bills (only B2B).
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- To lead the team, devise strategy and action plan to achieve targeted service sales.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Handle customer complaints (review through application) and ensure it is resolved timely.
