1. Business Development (various Corporate Levels)
Required Experience and Qualification: A minimum experience of 8 years or above for Manager Level and 4 years or above for Officer Level with relevant and progressive work exposure in business development focusing on institutional or public deposit marketing in financial institutions.
Candidates shall be responsible for coordination of various business development activities of the bank, developing business development concepts, planning and implementing business development strategies, organizing business development activities or events to promote products and services of the bank, focusing on conducting market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth for soliciting institutional and public deposits.
Candidates applying for the position must have minimum Bachelor’s Degree in business related field from recognized University. (Master’s Degree in business related field with specialization in Business Development / Marketing is preferred).
Applicants having Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications is preferred.
