Job Description:
- Operations/Implementation - New Labs/Collection Centers.
- Reviewing financial statements. Preparing and controlling operational budgets. Control inventory. Recommend effective strategies for the financial well-being of the ECRC.
- Vendor & Instrument Selection
- Preparing budget for Material procurement and vendor management
- Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output.
- Procurement of Pathology Equipment, Reagents & Consumables.
- Technical evaluation, Trainings & Development planning.
- Monitoring Day to day activities of all Labs.
- Knowledge of MIS – Business & Expenses Monitoring.
- Staff Training – Knowledge Up-gradation, Motivation & CMEs etc.
- Installation & Validation of Instruments.
- Monitor & assist in recruitment and placement of required staff in Nepal.
- Assist Managing Director in performance evaluation.
- Develop strategic plans for operational activities and sales.
- Coordinating with government offices such as Department of Industry and Health.
Job Specification:
- Preferably candidate should have worked in Hospital environment or any of Diagnostic Industry or Pharma Company. Preferably Nepalese Citizen.
- Should be familiar with laws applicable in Nepal with regards to joint venture company, taxation, legal, labor issues. Exposure to laboratory set up will be added advantage.
