Other Specification:

• Master’s/Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting and design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit Structure for development of 2D Design & detail drawings and 3D Modeling
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices for AutoCAD drafting
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with BIM and Revit software is a plus.

Key Objectives:

• Manage and coordinate all AutoCAD drafting activities, including creating and maintaining drafting schedules, assigning projects to team members, and monitoring progress, performance appraisals, and driving individual development
• Produce relevant KOPs, KPIs and measurement tools for review by the Senior Management.
• Ensure that all output meet company and industry standards for accuracy and completeness
• Review and approve output or accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client / industry standards and regulations before they are submitted to clients or stakeholders
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to team members as needed
• Develop and maintain AutoCAD standards, templates, and libraries
• Experience with 3D Clash Analysis for Structure, Architecture, MEP, Rebar and Post-tensioning BIM/BIM models a plus.
• Knowledge of ISO standards 13567 for architectural drawings.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure project deadlines and budgets are met
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members and provide feedback and coaching for professional development
• Keep up-to-date with the latest AutoCAD software updates and advancements in the industry
• Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures for the team.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors as needed
• Manage team workload and ensure all deadlines are met.
