Job Description:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Recruit, train, and manage cafe staff, including baristas, servers, and kitchen personnel
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor sales and expenses, aiming to maximize profits
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and controlling waste
- Implement and oversee standard operating procedures
- Promote special events and seasonal menus.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the food and beverage industry
- Experience in a cafe or coffee shop environment is advantageous.
