Job Description:

  • The Call Center Executive handles customer inquiries, resolves issues, and provides information about products and services.
  • This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to efficiently manage a high volume of calls.
  • Customer Interaction: Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and handle complaints.
  • Identify customer needs and resolve issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
  • Record customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Work with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

 

Working Shift: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Nepali Time.

 

Job Specification:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent and a bachelor's degree are a plus.
  • Customer support or call center experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and computer proficiency.
  • Patience, empathy, and reliability; ability to work flexible hours.
