Job Description:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Provide information about hospital services, appointments, and operations
  • Schedule appointments for patients and coordinate with other departments as needed
  • Handle billing inquiries and process payments over the phone
  • Manage patient records and update electronic systems with accurate information
  • Follow and adhere to all confidentiality and security policies of the hospital
  • Assist with any administrative tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
