Job Description:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Provide information about hospital services, appointments, and operations
- Schedule appointments for patients and coordinate with other departments as needed
- Handle billing inquiries and process payments over the phone
- Manage patient records and update electronic systems with accurate information
- Follow and adhere to all confidentiality and security policies of the hospital
- Assist with any administrative tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor
