Role Overview: 

We are hiring Call Center Supervisor to join our team. The role involves patient follow-up calls, gathering feedback, handling inquiries providing information on services, appointments reminders & reports generated:

  • 1-2 years experience in a call center or customer service, preferably in healthcare
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in call management software
  • Fluent in English, Maithali and Nepali; Hindi is a plus
  • Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
